  同伴导师是经验丰富的服刑人，表现出积极的思维和行为。他们帮助其他服刑人做出更好的选择，树立监狱内的 “正确生活” 模式。

• 

  合格

  • 正在长期服刑（无期徒刑或长期徒刑优先）• 在过去两年中没有监狱指控 • 遵守美容和就寝规则 • 表现出积极的思维和行为 • 表现出领导能力和同理心 • 良好的书面和口语沟通 • 可以领导小组并追究同伴的责任 • 获得工作人员批准成为同伴导师
